Community Input Project

Citizens within Smith County are encouraged to participate in the Community Input Project. Citizens will have the opportunities to participate during a series of town hall meetings, through online participation or by calling your designated Precinct Commissioner directly. The Community Input Project will specifically target those citizens who may have county related concerns, issues and ideas, but cannot attend regular meetings of the Commission's Court.

Information to submit
The following online form is designed to help Commissioners Court staff to rank the top issues of importance to citizens and gather information on specific recommendations pertaining to those issues of importance. Provide as much detail as necessary so that appropriate action can be taken. This can include the following:
  • Your name (all information will remain anonymous).
  • Contact information, such as e-mail and address (if PO box, please include a physical address).
  • Please rank the five categories of core County government function in the order you find most important
  • Your comments on each or any of the categories is greatly appreciated.
  • Space is also provided for general comments.
