The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides content
in several useful ways, via their e-mail updates, podcasts and RSS feeds. Their
newest features are the Flu Updates, Emergency Text Messages and the CDC Data and
Statistics Widgets. Widgets are online applications built by one web site that can
