Rescheduling
If you receive a jury summons, you are able to reschedule your summons date
under certain circumstances. No person is excused from jury service
until receiving confirmation of receipt of your request from the court and that
the request to be excused has been approved by the judge. Failing to appear for
jury service is punishable by contempt of court.
The schedule below indicates the date you would be rescheduled to if you had to
reschedule. To request rescheduling of your jury summons, you may submit the
request online from the Online Jury Response Form tab below or
you may download the form provided and mail it by following the instructions
noted on the Jury Response by Mail tab below.
