For more information on how to register to vote, visit: www.smith-county.com/government/departments/elections/voter-registration

Statewide there are 17 Constitutional Amendment Propositions that will be on the ballot in Smith County.

“While this countywide election has no individual races for candidates, it is extremely important that voters come out to vote for the proposed amendments to the State Constitution,” Smith County Elections Administrator Michelle Allcon said. “We have the amendments listed on our website as well as the sample ballots and hope that voters will take the time to review the propositions before coming to the polling place.”
