Smith County Holiday Schedule
The Smith County Commissioners Court will not have a meeting next week and will change the date for its last meeting of the year.
All non-emergency Smith County offices will be closed for business on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 24 and 25, 2019, for Christmas. Offices will reopen for normal business hours on Thursday, December 26.
There will be no Commissioners Court on Tuesday, December 24, or Tuesday, December 31. There will be a special Commissioners Court meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, December 30.
All non-emergency Smith County offices will be closed for business on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, for News Year’s Day. Offices will reopen for normal business hours on Thursday, January 2.
No new jury panels will be called for Smith County from December 23 through January 3, because of the holidays.
The Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace office in Troup will also be closed on Monday, December 23.
